Customer Service Specialist (w/m/d) in Brisbane/Australien

a. hartrodt Australia Pty Ltd (Brisbane) is looking for a skilled Customer Service Specialist.
We are looking for a Customer Service specialist to join our Brisbane branch located at Eagle Farm.

Reporting to the Customer Service/Sales Manager you will service the front house of our company dealing direct with customers whilst working in our team environment.

• Communicate with customers to manage their orders from door to door
• Maintain bookings/orders within the EDI/Cargowise Order Module
• Liaise with overseas offices to coordinate bookings whilst meeting customer requirements
• Work closely with internal colleagues to co-ordinate shipments
• Customer Visits when required

To be considered for this role you ideally have:

• Freight Forwarding experience, minimum 12 months in a customer service role
• EDI CargoWise software experience preferred
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communications skills, ability to professionally communicate with customers and colleagues on all levels
• Proven record of career stability
