a. hartrodt Australia Pty Ltd (Brisbane) is looking for a skilled Customer Service Specialist.
We are looking for a Customer Service specialist to join our Brisbane branch located at Eagle Farm.
Reporting to the Customer Service/Sales Manager you will service the front house of our company dealing direct with customers whilst working in our team environment.
- Communicate with customers to manage their orders from door to door
- Maintain bookings/orders within the EDI/Cargowise Order Module
- Liaise with overseas offices to coordinate bookings whilst meeting customer requirements
- Work closely with internal colleagues to co-ordinate shipments
- Customer Visits when required
To be considered for this role you ideally have:
- Freight Forwarding experience, minimum 12 months in a customer service role
- EDI CargoWise software experience preferred
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communications skills, ability to professionally communicate with customers and colleagues on all levels
- Proven record of career stability
