From June 2 to 5, 2025, a. hartrodt Germany will once again be exhibiting at the international trade fair transport logistic in Munich. At the joint stand of Munich Airport (Hall A1, 201/302), experts from sales, product and operations want to talk to customers. As in 2023, the team will be wearing jeans, sneakers and hoodies. This was chosen by a. hartrodt because the concept "has been so well received by our customers and employees," says Anika Moeller, General Manager Sales Germany. The casual look fits perfectly with two key future topics at the trade fair – Artificial Intelligence (AI) and sustainability.
Various AI projects to optimize processes
"Our management is working intensively on AI, in some cases as an alternative to digitalization," reports Anika Moeller. AI assistance for automated order entry is just one example of various AI projects that a. hartrodt has initiated to optimize processes or make areas more efficient: "We help customers to show their carbon footprint and can identify transport solutions with low carbon emissions."
Global Tracking Portal and express platform
At transport logistic, a. hartrodt will be presenting its Global Tracking Portal, which enables air and sea freight customers to track shipments worldwide. According to Anika Moeller, it was "finalized in the first quarter and is now completely live for all products". The system provides analytical tools for shipments and automatically calculates the CO2 equivalent emissions of greenhouse gases. As another trade fair innovation, a. hartrodt will be presenting a "platform for our express courier product", which, according to Anika Moeller, will be available from the third quarter: "In future, customers will be able to connect directly with us in order to make bookings, print labels or receive enquiries."
The General Sales Manager Germany is looking forward to many visitors at the stand. Customers can arrange individual appointments via their contact persons at a. hartrodt. There are also "still a few places available" for a special customer event on Tuesday evening, June 3.
