Customers of a. hartrodt can rely on consistently high quality standards worldwide because the family-owned company coordinates its processes globally in close collaboration with headquarters. In the growth region of Southeast Asia with 439 employees, Business Process Manager Nessia Fransisca is responsible for this. The position covering Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Vietnam was newly created at the end of 2025: “Having a single access point at the regional level rather than the country level ensures greater efficiency,” says Kristian Sabitzki, Regional Managing Director for Southeast Asia. Fransisca works out of Jakarta, Indonesia.
From Management Trainee to QASQ and AEO Manager
After graduating with bachelor’s degree in air transport management, Nessia Fransisca began as a management trainee at a. hartrodt Indonesia, and two years later she became the assistant to the sea freight manager. After moving to the Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QASQ) department, she completed a master’s degree in strategic management. Since 2020, she has held a dual role as QASQ and AEO Manager for a. hartrodt as an Authorized Economic Operator.
CW1 nearly completely rolled out in Southeast Asia
In Indonesia, Nessia Fransisca played a key role in implementing the CargoWise One (CW1) transport management system. “I used to focus on the country level, but now I see how processes differ within the whole region,” she says of her shift in perspective. Following the successful launch of CW1 in Singapore in early March,South East Asia is nearly fully covered, with the Philippines next in line. Nessia Fransisca is currently analyzing process performance data to identify trends and deviations. Targeted improvements make a. hartrodt’s services even more reliable: “The new system reduces manual processes and increases visibility.”
In her free time, Fransisca enjoys gaming. For her, it’s not just about “pressing buttons” but more about “strategic thinking, fast decision-making, and adaptability”. She feels she can apply these skills effectively in real life as well.
