Your new tasks (after extensive training):
- Preparing visits, scheduling appointments, tracking individual sales
- Creating and maintaining pipelines for potential customers and existing customers in accordance with the customer acquisition strategy and customer development strategy in the CRM system
- Offer management (sending / organising, preparing offers) in the area of air freight, sea freight and truck.
- Carrying out customer onboarding activities
- Maintaining customer relationships, including visits to trade fairs and events that are beneficial to business relationships
- Creating high-quality communication records in the CRM system Communication Manager
- Processing / creation of incoming and outgoing sales leads
- You know the market and the competition and keep up to date with the latest developments
Implementation of suitable payment terms (credit control)
