- Develop and execute sales strategy/plan to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify potential customers/opportunities and actively work on them
- Build, maintain and develop strong relationships with clients
- Conduct sales presentations, finalise business with clients.
- Stay update with industry trends, market conditions and competitors move.
- Collaborate with team and set targets for future.
- Work with CRM/Sales software to monitor the progress and analyse the data.
- Bachelor's degree with prior experience in the industry or master's degree is an added advantage.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Good communication skills (English as well as regional language)
- Knowledge of MS-Office Suite
