a. hartrodt Greece SA is inviting candidates to support our current strategy of further developing our local trucking and international road freight market share. Our ultimate mid-term goal is to establish a separate Trucking Division department to handle our current volumes, as well as increase our market share and volumes in Greece (IMP/EXP).

Candidates should have in-depth knowledge of the industry and soft skills related to international trade, import/export and LTL/FTL services, with a strong commercial perspective.

  • Be sales/customer oriented with a minimum of five years' experience in sales and business development in the relevant market segment.
  • Be IT literate in standard business software (Outlook, Office and Excel) and familiar with CRM systems and sales pipelines.
  • Be fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Familiarity with the OKR method (Objectives and Key Results) or previous training in it will be considered a major advantage.
