Part-time Accounts Payable Clerk (m/f/d) in Rheinfelden/Switzerland

We are looking for a part-time Accounts Payable Clerk (m/f/d) (30 - 50 %) for our office in Rheinfelden as soon as possible.

Main tasks:

• Processing of vendor invoices with electronic system (scanning, processing, posting)
• Processing accounts receivable and accounts payable in the payment run
• Entering bank documents
• Creating payment files (CPWEB)

• Supporting the management teams in accounting matters

Possible development:

If suitable, the workload can be increased in the medium term and general ledger functions can also be taken on.

Requirements:

• Basic commercial training or equivalent training
• Professional experience in finance, in particular in accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
• Confident written and spoken German and English skills

• High sense of responsibility, initiative and communication skills
