Employee in Ocean Operations (f/m/d) in Lyon/France

We are immediately looking for a new employee for our ocean operations department with permanent contract for our Lyon Saint Exupéry office.

Job description:

• Full management of the ocean files
• Follow up of our customers’ orders
• Choice of transports with our most appropriate suppliers (road, shipping lines,...)
  
• Follow up of the shipments
• Data input in our software and EDI
• Coordination with our own offices and agents all around the world
• Management of the customs operations and deliveries
• Invoicing of the files
• Management of the claims

All these tasks are handled as per our group policies.

Your profile:

Ideally you are 2 or 3 years high school graduated in transport, international trade or similar course (bac+2 ou +3). You are beginner and you want to invest yourself into a dynamic company? Fluent French and English compulsory. You have good interpersonal skills as internally as with customers and suppliers. You are well organized, dynamic and motivated, conscientious, proactive, strong-willed and you are very interested in the teamwork.
