a. hartrodt Australia Pty Ltd (Adelaide) are offering a full time position for a new Branch Manager at our Adelaide branch located at Gillman.

To be considered for this role you ideally have:

  • Cost efficient management of Branch and Staff
  • Provide motivational leadership to staff
  • Employment, training and supervision of all staff within set limits
  • Supervise training and set performance goals, through departmental Managers
  • Regular review on set budgets
  • Set targets, allocate markets, make sales and service calls on existing and prospective clients
  • Hold regular staff and management meetings
  • Initiate action on sales leads from interstate and overseas offices
  • Provide sales leads to interstate and overseas offices
  • Prepare and maintain work procedures
  • Set job and personal goals for staff
  • Measure staff performances against required standards
  • Prepare and approve quotes
  • Control the maintenance of office buildings, office equipment and company vehicles
  • Attend industry and associated functions
  • Entertain and assist local, interstate and overseas visitors
  • Control and supervise all accounting functions
  • Defining a.hartrodt’s scheduled services and service agreements with service providers
  • Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to service, process and quality system
  • Identify and record any problem relating to the service and quality system
  • Control further processing of non-conforming service until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected
  • Australian Citizenship / PR or unrestricted work visa required
